Based on the overall club master plan which was passed by the membership in late 2007, CCI was retained as the architect for this exciting clubhouse expansion program. The major components include a renovation of the main clubhouse, the addition of a fitness facility, and expansion of the golf and locker room facilities.

The fitness addition is a two story 10,000 sq. ft. addition to the main clubhouse which will house a 3,500 sq. ft. fitness floor for equipment, two full service locker rooms, two classroom spaces, massage facilities, and babysitting.

The remodel of the main clubhouse focused on the casual dining and bar lounge spaces with an emphasis on outdoor dining. Additional remodeled spaces will include the ballroom, pre-function foyer, men’s and women’s locker rooms, and their grill areas.

With a rich tradition of golf at Royal Oaks, the second major addition to the clubhouse will be a new golf pro shop and golf bag storage space. A central foyer will be added connecting the locker rooms to the shop and course.

 heir aging pool facilities were remodeled including a new pool dining building and updates to the pool locker rooms. The indoor tennis courts will receive a new tennis lounge on the mezzanine overlooking the courts.
