Clubs are unusual organizations requiring a combination and variety of skills such as planning and design, architecture, food and beverage design, interior design, and construction management. No individual, and very few companies in the world, provide the breadth of experience and skill required. Fewer still have the experience of applying these skills successfully to the unique club cultures within the United States and North America. Over the last 35 years, CCI has developed operating systems, a dynamic planning and design approach, an experience base and a dedicated core of highly trained and motivated people that has enabled it to successfully design private clubs for discerning members.
